Hi I am Shuggie from Livingston, Scotland. I have been Line Dancing for over 13 years, and have been an instructor for over 9 years. Kat Joined the Club 3 years ago.

We now run The Bear Essential Club, holding gigs once a month in Livingston, Scotland where all are welcome Line Dancers, Social Dancers, Country Music fans & Westerners.
The Lanthorn caters for The Westerners and has a shooting room aside for Fast Draw and the American & Mexican Trilogies when appropriate.

The Bear Essential Club runs charity events and holds a monthly Bear Raffle for our Favourite Charity, The Forth2 Help A Child Appeal, where we have a yearly Function purely to raise money for that Charity.

In addition to our everyday line dance classes we also do demonstrations at gala days, Fetes, schools and we are also available for teaching at events and festivals with (or without) our B.K's Country Music & Line Dance Disco playing old, new and traditional country music.
